Summer Evenings at Harrisons

A new Summer Set Menu brings a little more flexibility to dining at Harrisons this season.

From 11 November to 19 December, Harrisons Restaurant invites guests to enjoy a specially curated Summer Set Menu, offering two courses for $58 or three courses for $75, including a selected cocktail or glass of wine.

Designed for relaxed summer evenings, the menu features a choice of starters, mains and desserts, bringing together seasonal ingredients, familiar favourites and the considered approach to dining that defines Harrisons.

Begin with hand-stretched burrata, chicken liver parfait or celeriac and potato boulangère, before moving to dishes including roasted Atlantic salmon, red wine braised beef cheek and charcoal grilled leeks.

For dessert, choose from vanilla crème brûlée, Maffra cheddar or poached strawberries with chamomile sorbet.

Whether it's a midweek dinner, an evening with friends or simply a reason to dine out a little more often, the Summer Set Menu offers another way to enjoy Harrisons.
