Booking Policy

Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time. 

Social Hour reservations have a duration of 60 minutes only.  Our bar is open during this time and our Snacks Menu available. Our bar and lounge remain open for guests throughout dinner service.

Dinner reservations prior to 7:45pm have a 2-hour time limit. Please ensure you arrive at your confirmed reservation time so you can enjoy your dining experience within your allocated time period.

Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your agreed arrival time, after this time period, your reservation will be cancelled and the table made available to walk-in guests. 

A 15% surcharge applies to Social Hour and Dinner checks on all Public Holidays.

A surcharge of 10% applies to booking over 10 persons.    

Cancellation Policy

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $50 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file or directly to your room account for in house guests of the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas. 

All cancellations must be made online via your booking confirmation or in writing via email.
