Open Daily - bookings are recommended for lunch, social hour and dinner periods - walk-ins are welcome to enjoy our casual, all-day snack menu.
Lunch: 12:30 - 2:30pm
Social Hour: 3:30 - 5:30pm
Dinner: 5:30pm - late
Bar & Bar Snack Menu available all day 12:30 - 8:30pm (bookings are not required for snack menu)
Dinner reservations prior to 7:30pm have a 2 hour time limit. Please ensure you arrive at your confirmed reservation time so you can enjoy your dining experience within your allocated time period.
Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your agreed arrival time, after this time period, your reservation will be cancelled and the table made available to walk-in guests. If you are running late please phone ahead so that we can attempt to reschedule.
A 15% surcharge applies to Social Hour and Dinner checks on all Public Holidays.
A surcharge of 10% applies to booking over 10 persons.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $50 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file or directly to your room account for in house guests of the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas.
All cancellations must be made online via your booking confirmation or in writing via email.
